Oak Chapel's Chair of Trustees is Vivian Brown.

The Trustees committee in a church has several legal and administrative functions including but not limited to: overseeing, maintaining and supervising all church property; responsibility for the use of the church buildings and grounds; maintaining adequate insurances; building maintenance, lighting, heating, air conditioning and phones to name just a few. Here at Oak Chapel, we strive to make Trustees not just about work and repairs, but about work and repairs through fellowship. We coordinate work days each year which has, in the past, included yard work, building repairs and even interior painting by our Woman's and Youth groups.

The role of the Trustee Committee can be summed up as the “keepers of God’s house”.
