Identity Theft protection, "Stop those Unsolicited Credit Card Offers in the mail"...

Call this one number to opt out of all three credit bureaus: 1-888-567-8688
You can protect yourself from identity theft by taking your name off of the credit bureaus mailing lists. The credit bureaus are one of the biggest offender when it comes to selling your name and information to the credit card companies, (or accidentially to the Nigerian Mafia,) who in turn send you all those pre-approved applications. One call to the Opt Out Request Line (for Equifax, Trans Union, Experian and Consumer Credit Associates) is all it takes to permanently remove your name from all marketing lists that the credit agencies supply to direct marketers. "Junk-mail" repair.. Send these letters to "fix" you mailbox....

First, Call the Opt-out number above to stop unsolicited credit offers in the mail.

Then, Click on the blue links for the indivdual letter templates in a Word Document Format. Add your name, address and signature info on each letter as indicated.
We recommend sending these letters via US Postal Service Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested (CMRRR.)
It is well worth the $4.50 cost to ensure that these Junk Mail companies stop sending you JUNK MAIL.

It can take up to 3 months before the Junk Mail slows down.
(Some people claim that junk mail begins to be reduced almost immediately.)

Tax Tips:
In Mark 12:13 Jesus said "Give unto Caesar that which is Caesar's"

but he never said give him more than he asks for...

Did you know that the IRS will eFile your taxes for you if you earn less than $35,000 per year?
You can schedule an appointment at your local IRS office, bring your documentation and voila’ your taxes are done in short order.

The State of Maryland Comptroller of the Treasury has a similar program but you must complete your Federal Taxes first.

Both the IRS and The State of Maryland have offices in Wheaton Plaza.

Are your afraid you can’t pay the amount that might be owed? Don’t worry the IRS is happy to accept a reasonable payment plan, you don’t even have to decide what you will do until April 15th. They would rather have the taxes filed and a taxpayer making small payments than having to chase that person or worse, fine them for failing to file.
